Proactive Risk Management

In the post-Grenfell regulatory landscape, compliance failures carry severe consequences—from personal liability for RMC directors to significant financial penalties. Fire Safety Act 2021

The Fire Safety Act placed new obligations on building owners and managers to assess and mitigate fire risks in communal areas. Aryze coordinates regular Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) and ensures all identified actions are addressed promptly.

Electrical Safety (EICR)

Gas Safety (CP12)

Asbestos Management

Properties built before 2000 may contain asbestos-containing materials. Aryze commissions surveys and maintains an asbestos register for all communal areas under management.

Legionella Risk Assessment
